The client: The Physical Therapy Client is a boutique physical therapy practice founded by female physical therapist, specializing in pelvic floor therapy, prenatal and postpartum care, youth athletic performance and injury prevention, and golf performance (Titleist Performance Institute certified).
The challenge: A highly specialized practice with multiple distinct patient populations such as new moms, youth athletes, women with pelvic health conditions, golfers, each requiring different content, different framing, and a different emotional entry point. The goal was to build brand awareness and patient trust while keeping ad spend efficient for a small healthcare practice.
What I created: Instagram and Facebook content and paid ad campaigns across all service lines, including patient education content on pelvic health, postpartum recovery, and youth injury prevention; provider credibility content; service launch announcements; and testimonial-based social proof.
